This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) sets out how Averon Labs (Proprietor: Akash Sinha), trading as Brumo (“Brumo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) processes personal data on behalf of a business customer (“Customer”, “you”) in connection with the Brumo platform, website, applications, features, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). It is incorporated into, and forms part of, our Terms & Conditions.
